You can find help with my psychotherapy services. I work with individuals, children, couples, and families.
We may use a variety of approaches including art therapy, play therapy, EMDR, psychoanalysis, hypnosis, and somatic experiencing.
Before any of that can happen we need to meet, online or in person, and find out what is going on and how we can best work together.

Payment
Fee is $250 for a 45-minute session or $300 for a 60-minute session.
I am an out of network provider for insurance companies.
The “R” in my license (LCSW-R) allows for your insurance reimbursement, when your plan includes “out of network” providers. Reimbursement rates vary, please contact your insurance company for your rates.
If you need a sliding scale, please contact me directly to discuss.
I require at least two full business days notice to cancel a scheduled appointment and not be charged session fee. Please see Cancellation Policy.
