I help overwhelmed families learn to listen to each other again, and worried individuals learn to feel less nervous. For the work we do together to be effective, you must feel comfortable with me and in the space where we meet. Whether this is online or in person we can find ways to weave in fun and play in to our sessions, even when we are dealing with uncomfortable feelings and experiences. We may also use a variety of approaches that will focus on helping you use your own creativity to work through trauma, navigate beyond stuck places, and enrich your life at home and at work. My approach is personalized and relational. You do not need to process your feelings alone.

Recovery can take place only within the context of relationships; it cannot occur in isolation. ~ Judith Lewis Herman, Trauma and Recovery
