I offer Psychotherapy and Consultations for Individuals and Groups.
We may use a variety of approaches including art therapy, play therapy, EMDR, psychoanalysis, hypnosis, and somatic experiencing, depending on your needs.
Before we begin, we’ll start with a phone chat, followed by an Initial Session where we can explore what’s going on, ways to best work together, and how often to meet given your needs.
My work is primarily online, over a confidential Zoom platform.
Payment
Fee is $250 for a 45-minute session or $300 for a 60-minute session.
I am an out of network provider for insurance companies.
The “R” in my license (LCSW-R) allows for your insurance reimbursement, when your plan includes “out of network” providers. Reimbursement rates vary, please contact your insurance company for your rates.

I require at least two full business days notice to cancel a scheduled appointment and not be charged session fee. Please see Cancellation Policy.
