ABOUT MARI GRANDE, LCSW-R, LCAT
Art and Trauma Psychotherapist

Mari Grande, LCSW-R, LCAT
As an art and trauma therapist, I help adults heal from strained relationships, reconnect with their bodies, and feel more at ease with themselves.
I am here to help you move beyond fragmented feelings, re-engage with your nervous system, and rediscover a sense of inner balance.
For our work together to be effective, it’s important that you feel comfortable with both me and my approach. I primarily work online, and have a Grand Central location to meet in person as needed.
I am an Art Therapist, Hypnotherapist, Somatic Experiencing Practitioner and EMDR therapist. These modalities allow us to bring the body into our sessions, alongside creative tools like art-making, role-playing, and hypnosis.
My approach is grounded in the belief that creativity is a powerful tool for healing. For instance, exploring difficult emotions in a playful and gentle way, using your own creativity to work through trauma can unlock stuck energy.
The work we do is tailored to you and your unique needs. There is no one-size-fits-all approach. Together, we will decide the best frequency and length of our sessions to support your healing process.
I provide a personalized, relational space to be seen and heard.
You do not need to process your feelings alone.
